Rates Reach Highest Levels Since June. Average 30-Year Fixed Loan at 3.54%

Mortgage rates rose to their highest levels since June on the back of inflation-fears, according Realtor.com. Freddie Mac reported average mortgage rates for the week of November 3rd as follows:

  • 30-year Fixed: 3.54% (up from 3.47%)
  • 15-year Fixed: 2.84%; (up from 2.78%); and
  • 5-year Hybrid Adjustable-Rate: 2.87% (up from 2.84%)

Many observers expect the Fed to raise rates in December.
