Realtor.com released its 2017 U.S. Housing Forecast, which predicts how residential real estate will perform in the top 100 metro areas in the United States next year.
In terms of sales volume, the Phoenix-Mesa-Scottsdale metro area leads with a forecast of 7.24% increase over 2016, while the San Francisco Bay Area lead in terms of price appreciation with a forecast of 8.41% jump in prices.
