Orlando, Florida is the best place to invest in real estate in the nation, while Anchorage, Alaska is the worst, according to website GoBankingRates.com, which compiled a list of the 15 best and worst markets to invest in real estate.
GoBankingRates.com assessed four criteria in determining their rankings, including employment growth, population growth, increase in home values and years to payoff property.
Having become the third largest state in the country since 2014 with over 20 million people, Florida real estate dominates the top 15 the list with four cities, including Orlando, Tampa, Miami and Jacksonville.
