Turkey has the highest annual house price growth according to Knight Frank’s Q4 Global House Price Index. The European nation registered an annual house price growth of 30.3% from Q4 2019 to Q4 2020 said the international real estate firm.
On the opposite end, India’s housing prices were down -3.6 percent.
The average change in prices across the 56 countries and territories analysed in the data was 5.6% in 2020, up from 5.3% in 2019. The last time the index’s annual growth figure exceeded 5.6% was in Q1 2018.
