National Metrics
- Occupancy: 65.3%, up 1.6%
- Average Daily Rate (ADR): $122.70, up 3.3%
- Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR): $80.16, up 5%
Markets with the Highest Double-Digit Increases in Occupancy:
- Norfolk/Virginia Beach, VA: +11.5% (to 56.5%)
- Seattle, WA: +10.1% (to 83.1%)
Markets with the Highest Increases in Double-Digit Avg. Daily Rates:
- New Orleans, LA: +10.9% (to $163.90)
- Nashville, TN: +10.6% (to $145.87)
- Chicago, IL: +10.4% (to $168.40)
Markets with the Highest Double-Digit Increases in Rev. Per Available Room:
- Seattle, WA: +18.3% (to $123.56)
- Nashville, TN: +16.7% (to $114.91)
- Norfolk/Virginia Beach, VA: +15.7% (to $47.71)
On the opposite end, metrics declined in Houston, TX, Miami, FL, Denver, CO, San Francisco, CA and Oahu, HI.
