Cushman and Wakefield (CW), a Chicago-based real estate firm, announced that it helped broker 433,752 square feet in downtown Toronto on behalf of e-commerce company Shopify, reported Business Wire.
Meanwhile, CW also said it agreed to acquire Quality Solutions Inc., a leading facilities management firm, which specializes in on-demand facility maintenance and project management services through a national network of facilities contractors.
Cushman hopes the deal will expand its facility management capabilities and coverage across North America by leveraging QSI’s supply chain of 50,000-plus qualified suppliers and more than 75 facilities trades, according to Realty Biz News.
