Global real estate firm Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) helped music streaming company Spotify USA sign a 378,243 square foot lease at New York’s 4 World Trade Center, which is owned by Silverstein Properties Inc, reported the World Trade Journal. The building is 2.3 million square feet large.
Spotify signed the 15-year lease for 378,243 square feet of office space at 4 World Trade Center, which is located on Greenwich Street between Liberty and Cortlandt streets in Lower Manhattan.
