America’s Most Expensive Listing: $200 Million Mansion in Los Angeles

The most expensive listing in America is a $200 million mansion in the Holmby Hills neighborhood in western Los Angeles.

Known as The Manor, the mansion was built by late Hollywood producer Aaron Spelling, who produced TV hit-shows such as Charlie’s Angels, The Love Boat, Dynasty and Beverly Hills 90210.

The impressive estate is 56,000 square feet and includes 14-bedrooms and 27-baths. In total, there are 123 rooms in the estate. It is 1,500 square feet bigger than the White House, according to the LA Times.

The Manor is currently owned by Petra Stunt, the daughter of Formula One billionaire Bernie Ecclestone. Stunt bought the Manor from Aaron Spelling’s widow, Candy Spelling, five years ago for $85 million in an all-cash deal.

The property is being marketed by Rick Hilton & David Kramer of Hilton & Hyland.
