Mortgage Rates Jump to their Highest Levels in 13-Months Says Freddie Mac

Weekly mortgage rates jumped to their highest levels in more than 13-months as U.S. bond yields rose on concerns that hints of rising inflation would make the Federal Reserve raise interest rates faster, Freddie Mac said on Thursday.

30-year Fixed: Averaged 4.32%, up from last week when it averaged 4.22%. A year ago at this time, the 30-year FRM averaged 4.17%.

15-year Fixed: Averaged 3.57%, up from last week when it averaged 3.47%. A year ago at this time, the 15-year FRM averaged 3.39%.

5-year Adjustable-Rate Mortgage (ARM): Averaged 3.57%, down from last week when it averaged 3.53%. A year ago at this time, the 5-year ARM averaged 3.21%.
