Florida Tops States with Out-of-State Landlords

Reuters published an interesting chart showing the top five states with out-of-state landlords, with a great deal of absentee landlords being from California:

  1. Florida:  12%
  2. North Carolina:  6%
  3. Tennessee:  6%
  4. Georgia:  6%
  5. Arizona:  5%
